Kathleen/Catherine – A Donae’ Cold Case Thriller

Bud Kotch heard of things like this happening, but not to ordinary people like him. He knew his wife Kathleen would never leave him or their two boys voluntarily. Yet, that’s exactly what the police first suspected. He couldn’t understand their conclusion. Although, he thought it was better than their more recent inference.

Why would anyone want to hurt an every-day housewife? Ransom? No. He and Kathleen had no money; most would consider them poor. He didn’t hold public office or had any kind of standing in the community. So, what would be the motive for kidnapping or killing a housewife? Ultimately, with no simple answers or reasons to find a motive, the police came up with an easy solution, random crime…. murder.
